止痛化癥胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病患者的效果

Effects of Zhitong Huazheng capsules combined with Leuprorelin in treatment of adenomyosis

目的:观察止痛化癥胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病患者的效果。方法:选择84例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各42例。对照组采用亮丙瑞林治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合止痛化癥胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、子宫体积、痛经程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.48%(38/42),高于对照组的71.43%(30/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分、VAS评分均低于对照组,子宫体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:止痛化癥胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病患者效果确切,有助于改善患者临床症状,缓解痛经,缩小子宫体积,效果优于单用亮丙瑞林。

Objective:To explore effects of Zhitong Huazheng capsules combined with Leuprorelin in treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:84 patients with adenomyosis were selected and divided into control group and study group by using the random number table,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Leuprorelin,while the study group was treated with Zhitong Huazheng capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the scores of TCM syndromes,the uterine volume,the dysmenorrhea degree[visual analog scale(VAS)]and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.48%(38/42),which was higher than 71.43%(30/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score and VAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group;the uterus volume was smaller than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Zhitong Huazheng capsules combined with Leuprorelin has a definite effect in the treatment of adenomyosis.It can help to improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,relieve the dysmenorrhea degree,and reduce the uterine volume.Moreover,it is superior to single Leuprorelin.
