移动护理信息系统在心内科病房护理中的作用分析

Analysis of role of mobile nursing information system in cardiology ward nursing

目的:观察移动护理信息系统在心内科病房护理中的作用。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月该院收治的100例心内科患者为观察组,在护理中应用移动护理信息系统。选取2018年1月至2019年1月该院收治的100例心内科患者为对照组,护理中未应用移动护理信息系统。比较两组护理记录书写时间、护理评估时间、体征数据采集时间和护理出错率。结果:观察组护理记录书写时间、护理评估时间、体征数据采集时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理出错率为3.00%,明显低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:移动护理信息系统应用于心内科护理可缩短护理记录书写时间、护理评估时间、体征数据采集时间,降低护理出错率。

Objective:To observe role of mobile nursing information system in cardiology ward nursing.Methods:100 patients in department of cardiology in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and the mobile nursing information system was used in their nursing;while another 100 cardiology patients from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group,and the mobile nursing information system was not applied for them.The nursing record writing time,the nursing evaluation time,the physical sign data collection time and the nursing error rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing record writing time,the nursing evaluation time,and the physical sign data collection time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing error rate in the observation group was 3.00%,which was significantly lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the mobile nursing information system in the cardiology nursing can shorten the nursing record writing time,the nursing evaluation time and the physical sign data collection time,and reduce the nursing error rate.
