摘要
在快速城市化进程中,包括城市用水短缺在内的各类水问题一直在加剧。为此,2013年我国提出了“海绵城市”概念,理念是促进排水系统的翻新,改善水系统的连通性,划分雨水和污水管网,以及其他现代工程措施,以提高城市应对水问题的能力。通过建造海绵城市,实现涉及渗透、停滞、储存、净化、利用、排放的多目标一体化雨水管理,在不遭受城市洪水的前提下充分利用雨水潜力。
In the process of rapid urbanization,all kinds of water problems including urban water shortage have been aggravating.Therefore,in 2013,China put forward the concept of“sponge city”.The concept is to promote the renovation of drainage system,improve the connectivity of water system,divide rainwater and sewage pipe network,and other modern engineering measures,so as to improve the city’s ability to deal with water problems.Through the construction of sponge City,the multi-objective integrated rainwater management involving infiltration,stagnation,storage,purification,utilization and discharge can be realized,so as to make full use of rainwater potential without urban flood.
