我国水污染治理投入效率评价及影响因素研究

Study on input efficiency evaluation and influencing factors of water pollution control in China

针对我国目前水污染治理投入效率研究相对较少的现状,本文采用数据包络分析法对我国水污染治理投入效率及影响因素进行了深入分析,并提出了相应建议。结果表明,我国水污染治理投资效率有着一定的地域性,经济发展水平与第三产业占比对水污染治理投资效率有着正向影响;人口密集程度、城市化水平和政府环保财政投入水平对水污染治理投资效率呈负相关。

The traditional extensive economic development mode has caused great damage to China's environment.At present,there are few studies on the investment efficiency of water pollution control in China,which can not provide a scientific basis for water pollution control and investment.This paper takes China's provinces and cities as the research object to study the investment in water pollution control.The results show that the investment efficiency of water pollution control in China has certain regional characteristics.The level of economic development and the proportion of tertiary industry have a positive impact on the investment efficiency of water pollution control.The investment efficiency of water pollution control is negatively correlated with population density,urbanization level and government environmental protection financial investment level.Finally,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
