崇州市羊马河水土保持生态清洁小流域治理对策探析

Countermeasures for soil and water conservation,ecological cleaning and small watershed management in Yangma River,Chongzhou

本文以羊马河建设生态清洁型小流域为例,针对羊马河流域水土流失、面源污染严重以及垃圾废物等环境问题,总结了建设清洁型小流域工程措施总体原则和分区治理理念,探讨了生态修复区、综合治理区和沟(河)道及湖库周边整治区的工程处理策略。研究成果对建设自行生态修复清洁型小流域系统,实现水土保持、生态建设和农村条件改善之间的协调发展有积极意义。

Taking the construction of ecological and clean small watershed in Yangma River as an example,this paper aims at the environmental problems of soil and water loss,serious non-point source pollution and garbage waste in Yangma River Basin,in this paper,the general principle of constructing clean small watershed engineering measures and the idea of Subarea treatment are summarized,and the engineering treatment strategies of ecological rehabilitation area,comprehensive rehabilitation area,ditch(river)channel and Lake Reservoir surrounding rehabilitation area are discussed.The research results have positive significance for the construction of self-ecological rehabilitation and clean small watershed system and the realization of coordinated development among soil and water conservation,ecological construction and rural improvement.
