Water and soil conservation measures for water quality improvement and water diversion project of Hutuo River in Taiyuan

滹沱河太原水质提升调水工程分为水源地工程和输水线路工程两大部分,涉及忻州市五台县为太行山国家级水土流失重点治理区,忻州市定襄县、忻府区和太原市的阳曲县为省级预防区,加强工程水土保持治理措施是十分必要的。本文综合分析了项目涉及区域的水土流失状况和现状治理情况,并进行相关测算,提出了防范目标及治理方案。

The Hutuohe Taiyuan Water Quality Improvement and water transfer project is divided into two major parts:the water source area project and the water transfer line project,dingxiang County,Xinfu District and Yangqu County in Xinzhou are provincial-level precautionary areas,so it is necessary to strengthen the management measures of water and soil conservation.In this paper,the status of soil and water loss and the current situation of soil and water loss control in the regions involved in the project are analyzed,and the relevant calculation is made,and the prevention target and control scheme are put forward.
