广西绿色金融发展的制度保障研究

Research on System Guarantee of Green Finance Development in Guangxi

央行与财政部等七部委联合发布《关于构建绿色金融体系的指导意见》,描绘了国内绿色金融政策体系的基本框架和绿色金融的整体发展。目前,广西绿色金融正处于从初创阶段向扎根成长、探索发展的关键时期。为促进广西绿色金融的进步与繁荣,本文通过探讨广西绿色金融发展过程中存在的问题及原因,从完善绿色金融法规政策入手,提出相应的建议性对策。

The Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Guidance on the Construction of A Green Financial System,which depicts the basic framework of the domestic green financial policy system and the overall development of green finance.At present,green fi nance in Guangxi is in the critical period of its initial stage to the rooted growth.In order to promote the progress and prosperity of green finance in Guangxi,this article discusses the problems and reasons in the development of green finance in Guangxi,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for perfecting the laws and regulations of green fi nance.
