近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制不断完善,国有企业逐渐成为自主经营的市场主体。合同是完善国有企业经济往来事项的核心内容,可促进公司的依法合规发展。因此,国有企业加强合同管理是非常有必要的。那么,国有企业应当如何基于合同管理,建设科学有效的合规管理运行机制,制定符合公司实际需求的合规管理条约,有效地防御市场风险和社会风险,成为必要而又迫切需要解决的问题。

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s socialist market economic system,stateowned enterprises have gradually become market entities that operate independently.Contracts are the core content of improving the economic transactions for state-owned enterprises.At the same time,it can promote the development of the company in compliance with laws and regulations.Therefore,it is very necessary for state-owned enterprises to strengthen contract management.But how state-owned enterprises should build a scientific and effective operating mechanism of compliance management based on contract management,and formulate compliance management treaties that meet the actual needs of the company,in order to defend against market risks and social risks effectively,has become a necessary and urgent problem we have to solve.
