摘要
近年来,国际贸易环境的变化以及我国市场经济改革的进一步深化,导致各个行业内部的竞争越来越激烈。在这种情况下,企业要想生存就必须作出正确的战略决策,而大数据技术的出现和快速发展为企业合理进行战略决策提供了一个新的途径,但大数据技术的应用也带来了一些不确定性因素,需要企业在进行战略决策的过程中进行充分考虑,并加以应对。基于此,本文对大数据背景下企业战略决策面临的主要挑战以及应对策略进行了研究分析,希望能为之后的企业管理决策工作提供一些参考。
In recent years,changes in the international trade environment and the further deepening of China’s market economy reforms have led to increasingly fierce competition within various industries.In this case,companies must make correct strategic decisions if they want to survive.The emergence and rapid development of big data technology provide a new way for companies to make reasonable strategic decisions,but the application of big data technology also brings some uncertain factors requiring enterprises to fully consider and deal with them in the process of making strategic decisions.Based on this,this article researches and analyzes the main challenges and coping strategies faced by corporate strategic decision-making under the background of big data,hoping to provide some references for future corporate management decision-making.
