新基建视角下新能源汽车车电分离商业模式的SWOT分析——以蔚来BaaS模式为例

SWOT Analysis of the Business Model of Separation of New Energy Vehicles from the Perspective of New Infrastructure--Taking NIO BAAS Model as an Example

随着新能源汽车市场化的逐步推进和后补贴时代的来临,“车电分离”模式逐渐备受关注。放眼国内经济环境,国家宏观经济政策及地方各级政府、新能源汽车企业和电动汽车产业链共同推动车电分离业务发展。本文主要运用SWOT分析法,结合蔚来汽车的“电池租用服务(BaaS)”运营方案,深入分析我国新能源汽车行业车电分离模式的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并尝试提出SO、WO、ST、WT四种策略选择,为行业持续健康发展提供可行性建议。

With the gradual advancement of the marketization of new energy vehicles and the advent of the postsubsidy era,the"separation of vehicle and electricity"model has begun to attract attention.Looking at the domestic economic environment,the national macroeconomic policies and local governments at all levels,new energy vehicle companies and the electric vehicle industry chain jointly promote the development of the car-electric separation business.On this basis,this article mainly uses the SWOT analysis method,combined with NIO’s"Battery Rental Service(BaaS)"operation plan,to deeply discuss and analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the vehicleelectric separation mode of China’s new energy vehicle industry.In addition,the article attempts to put forward four strategic choices of SO,WO,ST,and WT,and provide feasible suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
