Measurement and Evaluation of High-quality Development in Huaihai Economic Zone

本文采用熵权TOPSIS法,建立具有淮海经济区高质量发展特色的指标体系,对淮海经济区高质量发展水平进行测度。构建熵权TOPSIS模型,对淮海经济区八大核心城市的高质量发展水平进行量化排序,进而分析淮海经济区高质量发展现状以及面临的问题,在此基础上提出促进该区域高质量发展的对策。实证研究发现,淮海经济区的高质量发展水平存在区域分布特征,总体呈现出“中东高,西北低”的空间分布格局。

This paper adopts the entropy weight method,TOPSIS method,to establish an index system with the characteristics of high-quality development of Huaihai Economic Zone,and measures the high-quality development level of Huaihai Economic Zone.It constructs the entropy TOPSIS model to quantitatively rank the high-quality development levels of the eight core cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone,and then analyzes the current high-quality development status and problems of the Huaihai Economic Zone,and proposes countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of the region on this basis.The empirical study found that the high-quality development level of Huaihai Economic Zone has regional distribution characteristics,and the overall spatial distribution pattern is"more in the middle and the east and less in the northwest".
