进入“提质培优”新阶段的高职商贸人才培养优化研究——基于职业素养与人文培育融合视角

Research on the Optimization of Higher Vocational Business Talents Training in a New Stage of Improving Quality and Cultivating Outstanding Talents--Based on the Perspective of the Integration of Professionalism and Humanistic Cultivation

随着社会经济的快速发展,社会与用人单位对商贸人才的需求和要求同步提高。2020年9月,教育部等九部门印发了《职业教育提质培优行动计划(2020-2023年)》,标志着我国职业教育正在从“怎么看”转向“怎么干”的提质培优、增值赋能新时代。高职商贸人才的优化培养应该根据《行动计划》指导,对症下药,真正落实立德树人根本任务。高职院校在培养学生商贸专业知识和技能的同时,应引导学生向应具备的职业素质靠近,找到职业素养与人文培育的契合点,完善高职商贸人才培养体系。

In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,society and employers have required the higher quality of commercial talents.In September 2020,the Ministry of Education and other nine departments jointly promulgated the Vocational Education Action Plan for Enhancing Quality and Cultivating Excellence(2020-2023),which marked higher vocational education had stepped into the new stage of enhancing quality and cultivating excellence,from"how to think"to"how to do".Vocational colleges should follow the instructions of Vocational Education Action Plan,actually complete the morality education and talent development tasks.When they teach students commercial knowledge and business skills,vocational colleges should help students achieve to their professional abilities at the same time.Higher vocational colleges should find the matching point between professionalism and the humanistic quality cultivation,and focus on perfecting talent cultivation measures,improving the system of commercial talents training.
