人性化护理干预的实施对老年慢性病患者生存质量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Implementation of Humanized Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的探讨人性化护理干预的实施对老年慢性病患者生存质量的影响研究。方法方便选取2020年2—9月在该院治疗的老年慢性病患者68例随机分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用人性化护理干预,对比两组的健康知识掌握率、遵医行为率、自我管理能力、生活质量。结果观察组护理后健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医率100.00%明显高于对照组76.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.942,P<0.05);观察组护理后AHSMSRS总分及SF-36QOL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预的实施对老年慢性病患者有显著护理效果,有效提高了健康知识掌握率及遵医行为率,提升了自我管理能力,有助于维持较好的生存质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the impact of the implementation of humanized nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with chronic diseases who were treated in the hospital from February to September 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the observation group used humanized nursing intervention.The health knowledge rate,compliance rate,self-management ability,quality of life of the two groups was compared.Results The control rate of health knowledge after nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance rate of 100.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.942,P<0.05);the total AHSMSRS and SF-36QOL score in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing intervention has a significant nursing effect for elderly patients with chronic diseases,effectively improving the rate of health knowledge mastery and compliance behavior,improving self-management ability,helping to maintain a better quality of life,and having positive clinical significance.
