R型垫及优质护理在脊柱侧凸术后应用

Application of R-shaped Cushion and High-quality Nursing in Postoperative Scoliosis

目的探究R型垫及优质护理在脊柱侧凸术后应用。方法简单随机选取该院2018年5月—2019年5月间脊柱侧凸手术患者60例,随机分组,对照组行单角度翻身枕联合常规护理,研究组行R型垫联合优质护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果护理后研究组VAS评分(3.55±0.77)分较对照组(4.68±0.95)分低,GCQ评分(77.65±10.62)分较对照组(69.27±11.34)分高,72 h内翻身次数(40.26±4.30)次少于对照组(45.64±3.28)次,差异有统计学意义(t=5.061、2.954、5.449,P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现压力性损伤。结论R型垫及优质护理在脊柱侧凸术后护理中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application of R-shaped cushion and high-quality nursing after scoliosis surgery.Methods Sixty patients with scoliosis surgery in the hospital were simple randomly selected and randomly grouped from May 2018 to May 2019.The control group received single-angle turning pillow combined with routine nursing,and the study group received R-shaped cushion combined with high-quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the VAS score of the study group(3.55±0.77)points was lower than that of the control group(4.68±0.95)points,the GCQ score(77.65±10.62)points was higher than that of the control group(69.27±11.34),the number of turning over within 72 h(40.26±4.30)times was less than that of the control group(45.64±3.28)times,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.061,2.954,5.449,P<0.05).There were no stress pressure in the two groups.Conclusion R-type cushion and high-quality nursing have high application value in postoperative nursing of scoliosis.
