摘要
MicroRNA(miRNA)作为一个非编码RNA,通过对靶基因转录进行抑制而参与细胞的凋亡、分化、增殖等病理生理过程。脑卒中是比较常见的一种脑血管疾病,其危险因素有很多,包括高血脂、动脉粥样硬化以及高血压等。因此,该文对高血压诱发脑卒中疾病发展中microRNA的作用机制进行了探讨,以期为临床治疗水平的提高提供一定帮助。
MicroRNA(miRNA),as a non-coding RNA,participates in the pathophysiological process of cell apoptosis,differentiation,and proliferation by inhibiting the transcription of target genes.Stroke is a relatively common cerebrovascular disease.There are many risk factors,including hyperlipidemia,atherosclerosis,and hypertension.Therefore,this article discusses the mechanism of microRNA in the development of hypertension-induced stroke disease,in order to provide help for the improvement of clinical treatment.
