新冠疫情常态化下慢阻肺的信息化健康管理

Informationized health management for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under the normalization of epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019

目的探讨新冠疫情常态化下慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)的信息化健康管理。方法选取164例慢阻肺患者平均分为82组,对照组予常规健康管理,观察组应用信息化健康管理云平台提供健康管理服务,时间3个月。比较两组治疗依从性、慢阻肺自我效能量表评分、呼吸困难信念问卷(BBQ)评分、6min步行距离(6MWD)和慢阻肺评估测试问卷(CAT)评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组氧疗、用药和肺康复训练依从性提高,慢阻肺自我效能量表评分中各维度评分增加,BBQ评分中各维度及总分减少,6WMD增加,CAT评分降低。结论信息化健康管理云平台在新冠疫情常态化下慢阻肺管理中应用效果良好,为新冠疫情常态化下慢阻肺信息化健康管理模式建立提供了初步经验。

Objective To explore informationized health management for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under the normaliztion of epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019.Methods 164 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were collected to be equally divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional health management,while the observation group was given health management on the basis of cloud platform to provide health management services for those patients for 3 months.Then,treatment compliance,scores of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease self-efficacy scale,scores of Breathlessness Beliefs Questionaire(BBQ),6-minute walking distance(6MWD)and scores of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test(CAT)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had improved compliance of oxygen therapy,medication,pulmonary rehabilitation training,increased scores of all dimensions in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease self-efficacy scale,lower scores of both dimensions and total score in BBQ,increased 6MWD and decreased score of CAT(all P<0.05).Conclusion Informationized health management on the basis of cloud platform in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under the normalization of epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 has good management effect,which provides preliminary experience for the establishment of informationized health management model for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under the normalization of epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019.
