反复呼吸道感染患儿血清Vit A、Vit D、Vit E水平变化及与细胞免疫功能的相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探究反复呼吸道感染患儿血清Vit A、Vit D、Vit E水平变化及与细胞免疫功能的相关性。方法选取反复呼吸道感染患儿76例为呼吸道疾病组,另选取同期于我院门诊接受体检的健康儿童80例为正常对照组。应用超高效液相色谱对血清Vit A、Vit D、Vit E水平进行检测与比较,应用流式细胞仪对T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测与比较,观察反复呼吸道感染不同年龄段患儿Vit A、Vit D、Vit E水平,并分析Vit A、Vit D、Vit E与T淋巴细胞亚群相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,呼吸道感染组VitA、VitD及VitE表达较低(P<0.05);与1~5岁患儿相比,6~12岁VitA、VitD及VitE缺乏率较低(P<0.05);VitA、VitD及VitE与CD+4均呈正相关(P<0.05);VitA、VitD及VitE与CD_(8)^(+)均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿中,VitA、VitD及VitE水平较低,VitA、VitD及VitE与CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)呈正相关,VitA、VitD及VitE降低与免疫功能降低均具有密切联系。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum Vit A,Vit D and Vit E levels and their correlation with cellular immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 76 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the respiratory disease group,and 80 healthy children who received physical examination in our outpatient department during the same period were selected as the normal control group.The levels of Vit A,Vit D and Vit E in serum were detected and compared by ultra high performance liquid chromatography,and T lymphocyte subsets were detected and compared by flow cytometry.The levels of Vit A,Vit D and Vit E in children of different ages with recurrent respiratory tract infection were observed,and the correlation between Vit A,Vit D and Vit E and T lymphocyte subsets was analyzed.Results Compared with the normal control group,the expression of VitA,VitD and VitE was lower in the respiratory tract infection group(P<0.05).The deficiency rate of VitA,VitD and VitE was lower in children aged 6~12 years compared with children aged 1~5 years(P<0.05).Compared with the normal control group,the expression of VitA,VitD and VitE was lower in the respiratory tract infection group(P<0.05).VitA,VitD and VitE were positively correlated with CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(8)^(+)(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,the levels of VitA,VitD and VitE are lower,which can reflect the different age groups of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.The levels of VitA,VitD and VitE are positively correlated with CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+).The decrease of VitA,VitD and VitE is closely related to the decrease of immune function.
