肺鳞癌中E2F1、E2F6及TPX2的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究E2F1、E2F6及Xklp2靶蛋白(TPX2)在肺鳞癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法选取2019年2月至2020年10月于本院收治进行手术的肺鳞癌患者58例。取肺鳞癌组织作为研究样本,取癌旁正常组织作为对照样本。采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)方法检测E2F1、E2F6、TPX2的相对表达量,卡方检验分析E2F1、E2F6、TPX2表达与肺鳞癌患者临床病理特征的关系,Pearson法分析肺鳞癌组织中E2F1、E2F6、TPX2相对表达量间的相关性。结果肺鳞癌组织中E2F1、E2F6、TPX2表达水平均明显上调(P<0.05);肺鳞癌组织E2F1的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、临床分期、吸烟史无关(P>0.05),与淋巴转移、肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05);E2F6的表达与患者年龄、性别、吸烟史无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤直径、淋巴转移、临床分期、肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05);TPX2的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、吸烟史无关(P>0.05),与淋巴转移、临床分期、肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05);E2F1、E2F6、TPX2表达水平间相互正相关(P<0.05)。结论肺鳞癌组织中E2F1、E2F6、TPX2的表达均明显上调,彼此关系密切,均与淋巴转移、肿瘤分化程度有关,可能共同参与肺鳞癌发生发展过程。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E2F1,E2F6 and Xklp2 target protein(TPX2)in lung squamous cell carcinoma.Methods From February 2019 to October 2020,58 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung treated in our hospital were selected.The squamous cell carcinoma of lung was taken as the study sample,and the normal tissue beside the carcinoma was taken as the control sample.The relative expressions of E2F1,E2F6 and TPX2 were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(QRT-PCR),Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationships between the expressions of E2F1,E2F6,TPX2 and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma,and Pearson method was used to analyze the correlations between the relative expressions of E2F1,E2F6 and TPX2 in lung squamous cell carcinoma.Results The expression levels of E2F1,E2F6 and TPX2 were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).The expression of E2F1 was not related to age,gender,tumor diameter,clinical stage and smoking history(P>0.05),but to lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation(P<0.05).The expression of E2F6 was not related to age,gender and smoking history(P>0.05),but related to tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and tumor differentiation(P<0.05).The expression of TPX2 was not related to age,gender,tumor diameter and smoking history(P>0.05),but to lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and tumor differentiation(P<0.05).The expression levels of E2F1,E2F6 and TPX2 were positively correlated with each other(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of E2F1,E2F6 and TPX2 in lung squamous cell carcinoma are significantly up-regulated and closely related,which is closely related to lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation,and may participate in the occurrence and development of lung squamous cell carcinoma.
