无托槽隐形矫治器在口腔正畸中的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Bracketless Invisible Appliance in Orthodontics

目的探讨口腔正畸治疗采用无托槽隐形矫治器的临床疗效及应用价值。方法该次研究时间范围确定为2017年3月—2020年3月,方便抽选于该院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者87例作为研究目标,根据治疗时间先后进行分组,对照组43例采取传统直丝弓固定矫治技术治疗,观察组44例采取无托槽隐形矫治器治疗,评估两组治疗效果,同时分析各组患者治疗中咀嚼能力、美观度及语言功能差异性,对比两组患者治疗前后牙周健康变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.617,P<0.05)。同时治疗中,观察组患者咀嚼能力评分(8.23±0.57)分、美观度评分(9.23±0.14)分、语言功能评分(8.89±0.66)分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.986、55.950、16.621,P<0.05)。两组患者未接受治疗前牙周健康情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后有所改善,观察组患者PLI指标(1.68±0.35)分、SPD指标(1.72±0.24)分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.949、12.563,P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗采取无托槽隐形矫治器效果良好,能够提高患者咀嚼及语言能力,美观度高,同时改善患者牙周健康,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of orthodontic treatment using invisible braces without brackets.Methods The time frame of this study was determined from March 2017 to March 2020.87 patients who received orthodontic treatment in the hospital were conveniently selected as the research target.Groups were grouped according to the treatment time.43 cases in the control group were treated with traditional orthodontic treatment with wire arch fixation technique,44 cases in the observation group were treated with invisible braces without brackets,the treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the differences in mastication ability,aesthetics and language function of the patients in each group were analyzed at the same time,and the two groups were compared before and after treatment of periodontal health changes.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.617,P<0.05).During simultaneous treatment,the observation group's chewing ability score(8.23±0.57)points,aesthetic score(9.23±0.14)points,and language function score(8.89±0.66)points were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.986,55.950,16.621,P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in periodontal health between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but improved after treatment.The PLI index(1.68±0.35)points and SPD index(1.72±0.24)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.949,12.563,P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment using invisible braces without brackets is effective.It can improve the chewing and language skills of patients with high aesthetics and improve the periodontal health of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
