来曲唑联合泼尼松治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床有效性分析

Analysis of Clinical Effectiveness of Letrozole Combined with Prednisone in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)联用来曲唑与泼尼松治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年12月该院收治的PCOS患者82例,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各41例。对照组予以来曲唑治疗,研究组联用来曲唑与泼尼松治疗,比较两组黄体生成素及睾酮水平、两组妊娠情况、治疗前后血清AMH水平。结果研究组治疗后黄体生成素、睾酮水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.776、10.521,P<0.05)。研究组妊娠率(56.10%)显著高于对照组的(31.71%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.952,P<0.05)。较之治疗前,两组治疗后AMH水平均降低,且研究组AMH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.895,P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.456,P>0.05)。结论来曲唑与泼尼松联合应用,能够有效降低PCOS患者的黄体生成素、睾酮水平及AMH水平,提高患者的妊娠成功率,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)combined with trazole and prednisone.Methods A total of 82 PCOS patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were conveniently selected.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the study group was treated with trazole and prednisone.Compared the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone,the pregnancy status,and the comparison of serum AMH levels of the two groups before and after treatment.Results The levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.776,10.521,P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group(56.10%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(31.71%),and between the groups the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.952,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the AMH level of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the AMH level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(t=17.895,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.(χ^(2)=0.456,P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of letrozole and prednisone can effectively reduce the levels of luteinizing hormone,testosterone and AMH in patients with PCOS,improve the pregnancy success rate of patients,and has high safety.It is worthy of promotion.
