中西医结合疗法对于COPD稳定期患者肺功能以及生活质量影响的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Stable COPD

目的探讨中西医结合疗法对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能以及生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2019年5月—2020年5月该院收治的COPD稳定期患者60例,随机分两组,对照组30例,接受沙美特罗替卡松治疗,研究组30例,基于对照组加用补肺活血胶囊治疗。比较两组肺功能、中医证候总积分变化,并予以两组生活质量评估对比分析。结果治疗后研究组PEF为(49.42±5.17)L/s,FVC为(2.98±0.27)L,FEV1为(1.99±0.24)L、FEV1/FVC为(59.76±6.09)%,较治疗前与对照组均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.648、4.375、10.858、7.861、9.085、4.159、7.234、4.087,P<0.05);治疗后研究组中医证候总积分为(18.86±4.27)分,较治疗前与对照组均明显更低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.123、4.527,P<0.05);治疗后研究组生活质量评分为(10.03±4.44)分,较治疗前与对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(t=13.456、10.196,P<0.05)。结论COPD稳定期临床治疗中采取中西医结合疗法,可明显改善患者肺功能,并在患者生活质量提高方面具有明显优势。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on lung function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods Sixty patients with stable COPD who were admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were conveniently selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group had 30 cases and received salmeterol and ticasone treatment.The study group had 30 cases,based on the control group plus Bufei Huoxue Capsules.The changes in the total scores of lung function and TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated and analyzed.Results After treatment,the PEF of the study group was(49.42±5.17)L/s,FVC was(2.98±0.27)L,FEV1 was(1.99±0.24)L,FEV1/FVC was(59.76±6.09)%,which were compared with those before treatment and control group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.648,4.375,10.858,7.861,9.085,4.159,7.234,4.087,P<0.05);the total score of TCM syndromes in the study group after treatment was(18.86±4.27)points,which was compared with that before treatment The control group was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.123,4.527,P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group after treatment was(10.03±4.44)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.456,10.196,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the clinical treatment of COPD in the stable phase can significantly improve the lung function of patients,and has obvious advantages in improving the quality of life of patients.
