硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗子痫前期患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Patients with Preeclampsia

目的分析硝苯地平联合硫酸镁在治疗子痫前期方面的临床疗效。方法方便选取2019年1—12月期间在该院接受治疗的52例子痫前期患者作为该次研究对象,按照信封法进行分组,分别为观察组和对照组,每组26例。对照组单纯使用硫酸镁进行治疗,观察组在硫酸镁的基础上额外加用硝苯地平联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的收缩压、舒张压与24 h尿蛋白水平及治疗有效率。结果观察组患者在治疗后的收缩压为(138.04±10.03)mmHg、舒张压为(89.72±6.60)mmHg、24 h尿蛋白为(1.50±0.23)g,低于对照组(152.63±9.97)mmHg、(104.40±5.99)mmHg、(1.84±0.26)g,差异有统计学意义(t=5.253、8.398、4.994,P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.837,P<0.05)。结论子痫前期患者采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平进行治疗可以取得良好的临床疗效,让患者的血压和尿蛋白始终处于稳定水平,以此为基础改善母婴结局。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preeclampsia.Methods Celected convenient 52 cases of pre-epilepsy patients who received treatment in the hospital from January to December 2019 were taken as the study,and were grouped according to the envelope method,respectively,into the observation group and the control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine in addition to magnesium sulfate.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urine protein levels of the two groups after treatment were compared,and effective treatment.Results The systolic blood pressure of the observation group after treatment was(138.04±10.03)mmHg,the diastolic blood pressure was(89.72±6.60)mmHg,and the 24 h urine protein was(1.50±0.23)g,which was lower than the control group(152.63±9.97)mmHg,(104.40±5.99)mmHg,(1.84±0.26)g,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.253,8.398,4.994,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.837,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with preeclampsia with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine can achieve good clinical effects,keeping the patients'blood pressure and urine protein at a stable level,and improving the maternal and infant outcome on this basis.
