舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用效果及护理措施评价

Application Effect of Comfort Nursing in the Nursing of Femoral Neck Fractures and Evaluation of Nursing Measures

目的分析舒适护理对股骨颈骨折患者的护理效果。方法方便选择2019年1—12月在该院进行治疗股骨颈骨折患者88例作为观察对象,根据患者的入组顺序进行分组,前44例为对照组,采用常规护理干预,后44例为观察组,采用常规护理干预,比较两组的并发症发生率和护理满意度,比较两组的住院天数和骨折愈合时间。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的住院时间以及骨折愈合时间均分别明显短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=9.397、11.431,P<0.001);干预后,观察组患者护理满意度和并发症发生率分别为97.73%(43/44)、6.82%(3/44),对照组患者的护理满意度及并发症发生率分别为79.55%(35/44)、22.73%(10/44),与对照组相比,观察组患者的护理满意度更高,而并发症发生率更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.221、4.423,P=0.007、0.035)。结论股骨颈骨折患者在临床干预过程中采用舒适护理干预可以有效的提高患者的护理满意度,减少并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,促进骨折愈合,效果确切。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comfort nursing for patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods Eighty-eight patients with femoral neck and femoral fractures treated in the hospital from January to December 2019 were conveniently selected as observation objects.The patients were divided into groups according to the order in which they were enrolled.The first 44 cases were the control group,and routine nursing intervention was used.44 cases were in the observation group,conventional nursing intervention was used to compare the complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups,and compare the length of hospital stay and fracture healing time between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=9.397,11.431,P<0.001);after the intervention,the observation group patients of the nursing satisfaction and complication rate were 97.73%(43/44)and 6.82%(3/44),respectively.The nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the control group were 79.55%(35/44)and 22.73%(10/44),respectively compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had higher care satisfaction and lower complication rate.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.221,4.423,P=0.007,0.035).Conclusion The comfort nursing intervention for patients with femoral neck fractures in the clinical intervention process can effectively improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and promote fracture healing.
