快速康复护理在腹腔镜Dixon术围术期的应用研究

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Dixon Operation

目的探讨腹腔镜Dixon术(直肠低位前切除术)围术期应用快速康复护理的临床效果与并发症发生情况。方法简单随机选取2018年9月—2020年5月期间在福建省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院胃肠外科行腹腔镜Dixon术的患者100例,按照随机数字法,分为对照组50例,观察组50例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组联合快速康复护理,比较两组临床指标情况、并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间与对照组相比均较短,差异有统计学意义(t=10.639、11.383、11.136,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.00%)与对照组(16.00%)相比较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.395,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(98.00%)与对照察组(76.00%)相比较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.698,P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜Dixon术患者围术期进行快速康复护理价值显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and complications of laparoscopic Dixon(low rectal anterior resection)perioperative application of rapid rehabilitation nursing.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic Dixon surgery in the gastrointestinal surgery department of a tertiary first-class tumor hospital in Fujian Province between September 2018 and May 2020 were simle random selected and divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the experimental group according to the random number method,the control group received routine care,and the observation group combined with rapid rehabilitation care.The clinical indicators,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the first exhaust time,first feeding time and first getting out of bed activity time of the observation group were shorter,and the differences was statistically significant(t=10.639,11.383,11.136,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.395,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.698,P<0.05).Conclusion The value of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic Dixon surgery during the perioperative period is significant.
