NRDS早产儿机械通气护理中行预防性护理对并发症率的研究

Study on the Complication Rate of Preventive Nursing in NRDS Preterm Infants with Mechanical Ventilation

目的探讨预防性护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)早产儿机械通气护理中的应用效果及对并发症的影响。方法研究对象为方便选取2018年1月—2020年1月收治的90例NRDS早产儿患儿,对所有患儿按照随机数字表法的方式分为两组,对照组(n=45)以常规护理进行干预,观察组(n=45)以预防性护理进行干预,统计分析患儿家属满意度及护理之后的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿家属满意度为97.78%,较对照组80.00%高,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05);护理后的并发症发生率为6.67%,较对照组22.22%低,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.405,P<0.05)。结论对早产儿NRDS患儿机械通气护理的过程中实施预防性护理效果较好,可有效改善通气,提高患儿家属满意度,降低并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing in the nursing of neonatal respiratory distless syndrome(NRDS)preterm infants with mechanical ventilation and its influence on complications.Methods The subjects included in the study were 90 preterm infants with NRDS conveniently selected from January 2018 to January 2020.All children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=45)was based on routine nursing intervention,observation group(n=45)intervention with preventive nursing,statistical analysis of children’s family satisfaction and complications after nursing.Results The satisfaction degree of the family members of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05);the incidence of complications after nursing was 6.67%,22.22%lower than the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=4.405,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of preventive care in the process of mechanical ventilation nursing for NRDS is good,which can effectively improve ventilation,improve the satisfaction of the children’s family members,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
