系统规范化护理模式对脑胶质瘤手术患者护理效果及应激反应的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Systematic Standardized Nursing Model on the Nursing Effect and Stress Response of Patients with Glioma Surgery

目的分析系统规范化护理模式对脑胶质瘤手术患者临床疗效及应激反应的影响研究。方法随机选择2018年6月—2020年6月山东大学齐鲁医院神经外科收治的100例脑胶质瘤手术患者临床资料为对象,按随机数表分为两组,每组50患者,对照组50例给予常规护理,研究组50例使用系统规范化护理模式,对两组临床疗效及应激反应进行比较。结果护理后,研究组SAS(35.11±3.54)分、SDS(33.85±4.53)分等心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.637、9.438,P<0.05);研究组动脉血压(92.08±3.74)mmHg与心率(72.05±1.85)次/min等应激反应比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.615、47.182,P<0.05t);且研究组疼痛度(2.83±1.13)分、住院(9.75±2.19)d比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(t=4.061、6.596,P<0.05);且研究组满意度(96.00%)高于对照组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对脑胶质瘤手术患者实施系统规范化护理模式,可改善患者不良心态,使手术应激反应减轻,能提高其临床疗效和满意度。

Objective To analyze the impact of systematic standardized nursing model on clinical efficacy and stress response of patients undergoing glioma surgery.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients undergoing glioma surgery who were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2018 to June 2020 were simply selected as objects.They were divided into two groups according to a random number table,each with 50 cases,and the control group was given routine nursing care,and 50 patients in the study group used a systematic standardized nursing model to compare the clinical efficacy and stress response of the two groups.Results After nursing,the study group's scores of SAS(35.11±3.54)points and SDS(33.85±4.53)points were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.637,9.438,P<0.05);the study group arterial blood pressure(92.08±3.74)mmHg and heart rate(72.05±1.85)beats/min was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.615,47.182,P<0.05);and the pain degree of the study group was(2.83±1.13)points and hospitalization(9.75±2.19)d were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.061,6.596,P<0.05);and the satisfaction degree of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical implementation of a standardized and systematic nursing model for patients with glioma surgery can improve patients'unhealthy mentality,reduce surgical stress,and improve their clinical efficacy and satisfaction.
