摘要
氧化物由具有变化的晶体结构和离子组成,其在自然界储量丰富与环境有良好的相容性,因此开发透明导电氧化物(TCOs)及其器件上存在巨大的潜力。透明导电氧化物(TCOs)及其器件可以应用于平板显示器、太阳能电池、防霜玻璃和红外反射膜等诸多方面。文章对n-型透明导电氧化物(n-TCOs)、p-型透明导电氧化物(p-TCOs)、无定形透明导电氧化物(a-TCOs)、全氧化物透明二极管(OTDs)和氧化物透明薄膜晶体管(TTFTs)的种类、结构及导电机制进行综述。
Because of the wide variety of crystal structures and ions that constitutes oxides,along with their great natural abundance and excellent compatibility with the environment,it is significant to develop transparent conductive oxides(TCOs)and its devices with great potential.Transparent conductive oxides(TCOs)and its devices can be used in many fields,such as flat-penal displays,solar cells,frost shields,infrared reflection films and so on.In this paper,the types,structures and conducting mechanisms of n-type transparent conductive oxides(n-TCOs),p-type transparent conductive oxides(p-TCOs),amorphous transparent conductive oxides(a-TCOs),all oxides transparent diodes(OTDs),and transparent thin film transistors(TTFTs)are reviewed.
