高考体育生力量训练探析——以福建省华安县第一中学2021届高考体育生为例
摘要
本文对高考体育生进行大负荷力量训练的可行性、负重力量训练周期安排及负重力量训练与高考成绩效应进行了研究,旨在指导高考体育生进行科学训练,减少盲目性,快速提高高考体育生的专业成绩。
