营养水平和发酵果渣对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和消化酶活性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Fermented Fruit Pomace and Nutrition Level on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Index and Digestive Enzyme Activity in Weaned Piglets

摘要 试验旨在研究不同营养水平和发酵果渣对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和消化酶活性的影响,以及二者的互作效应。选择144头21日龄断奶的杜×长×大杂交公猪,采用2×2双因子设计,随机分为4个组,分别为低营养水平组、低营养水平+2%发酵果渣(等量代替麦麸)组、高营养水平组和高营养水平+2%发酵果渣(等量代替麦麸)组,每个组设6个重复,每个重复6头猪,试验期28 d。结果表明:与低营养水平组相比,高营养水平组极显著提高平均日增重和平均日采食量,降低耗料增重比(P<0.05),提高腹泻率(P<0.05),提高血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白浓度(P<0.01),降低十二指肠胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性(P<0.01);2%发酵果渣在2个营养水平下均可提高十二指肠胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性(P<0.05),并降低腹泻率(P<0.05),提高生长性能(P>0.05),对血清生化指标无显著影响;营养水平和2%发酵果渣对生长性能、血清生化指标和消化酶活性无互作效应。综上所述,本试验条件下提高营养水平和添加发酵果渣对断奶仔猪的生长性能均具有一定积极作用,在高营养水平下添加2%发酵果渣可获得最佳效果。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of fermented fruit pomace and nutrient level on growth performance,serum biochemical index and digestive enzyme activity of weaned piglets,and to explore the interaction between them.One hundred and forty-four healthy weaned piglets of DLY were selected.Piglets were randomly divided into 4 treatments,each treatment with 6 repeats,and each repeat with 6 pigs in a pigsty.Piglets were fed with low nutrient diet without fermented fruit pomace as group I,low nutrient diet+2%fermented fruit pomace instead by equivalent wheat bran as group II,high nutrient diet without fermented fruit pomace as group III and high nutrient diet+2%fermented fruit pomace instead by equivalent wheat bran as group IV.The trial period was 28 d.The results showed that compared with the low nutritional level group,the average daily gain and average daily feed intake in the high nutritional diet group were significantly increased.The feed to gain ratio(P<0.05),the diarrhea rate(P<0.05),the serum total protein,albumin and globulin concentrations were increased(P<0.01).The activities of duodenal trypsin,chymotrypsin and lipase were decreased(P<0.01).2%fermented fruit pomace significantly increased the activities of trypsin,chymotrypsin and lipase in duodenum(P<0.05)and decreased the diarrhea rate(P<0.05).2%fermented fruit pomace also increased the growth performance(P<0.05),and had no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes.There was no interaction between nutrient level and 2%fermented fruit pomace on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and digestive enzyme activity.In conclusion,improving the nutritional level and adding fermented fruit pomace have a positive effect on the growth performance of weaned piglets under the experimental conditions,and the best growth performance can be obtained by adding 2%fermented fruit pomace at high nutritional level diet.
