母质土壤对大米矿物元素含量的影响

摘要 研究母质土壤对大米矿物元素含量影响。以2018年在查哈阳、五常和建三江种植实验田得到的90份样品(龙粳31)和对应的母质土壤为实验样本。检测分析三产地母质土壤基本理化性质,采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪和X荧光射线光谱仪测定样品中元素的含量。结合方差分析和相关性分析,筛选到Mg、Sr、Te、Nd、Gd、Yb和U 7种元素与母质土壤相关。利用筛选到的特征元素进行判别分析,结果表明:模型对三产地的正确判别率为96.7%、100%和100%,交叉验证产地正确判别率分别为96.7%、100%和100%,说明筛选得到的与母质土壤相关的7种元素可作为大米产地判别的可靠判别指标,建立的模型对查哈阳、建三江和五常大米具有有效的判别力。 The effects of parent soil on the content of rice mineral elements were studied.The 90 samples(Longjing 31)and the corresponding parent soil obtained from the experimental plots planted in Chahayang,Wuchang and Jiansanjiang in 2018 were taken as the experimental samples.The basic physical and chemical properties of the parent soil were analyzed,and the content of elements in the samples was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.Combined with variance analysis and correlation analysis,seven elements Mg,Sr,Te,Nd,Gd,Yb and U7 were selected to be correlated with the parent soil.Used to screen the discriminant analysis to the characteristics of the elements,the results indicated that the model of the tertiary industry to correct discrimination rate of 96.7%,100%and 100%,and the cross validation of correct discrimination rate of 96.7%,100%and 100%,respectively,indicating thatscreening for seven kinds of elements associated with soil parent material can be used as a reliable rice origin discriminant criterion index,to establish the model of Chahayang、Jiansanjiang and Wuchang has effective understanding.
