Research Progresson Risk of Heavy Metal Pollution in Grain

重金属污染问题是我国重要的粮食安全问题。开展重金属污染监测研究是粮食污染防控和治理的基础,本文结合国内外研究文献,借鉴环境中重金属污染分析特点,总结了重金属污染的研究方法与研究重点,包括重金属污染采样方案、评价指标、污染源分析,迁移规律、污染风险地图,并就我国粮食中重金属污染监测研究趋势做了展望。

Heavy metal contamination is an important grain safety problem in China.Research on heavy metal pollution monitoring is the basis of food pollution controland governance.Combining with the domestic and foreignliterature.The paper drew lessons from the characteristics of heavy metal pollution in environment analysis,summarized the current monitoring of heavy metal pollution in the grain research methods and the research emphasis,including sampling design,evaluation index,source identification and appointment,migration patterns of heavy metal pollution and digital mapping.Finally,some development trends of heavy metal pollution in Chinese grain were prospected.
