城市风貌规划可实施性方法探索--以梅州客家城市风貌规划为例

改革开放四十年,我国城镇化建设取得了巨大成就,然而随着我国快速城镇化,很多城市长期形成的风貌特色正在逐渐消失,千城一面、“贪大、媚洋、求怪”等建筑风貌乱象问题纷纷显露。本文以梅州客家城市风貌规划为例,借鉴国内外先进案例,针对目前城市风貌规划可实施性不足的困境,探索总结出解决思路,为解决我国当前城市特色风貌缺失的问题提供参考和借鉴。

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,tremendous achievements have been made in China's urbanization.With the rapid urbanization process in China,many cities’scene feature,as a long-term urban characteristics,are gradually disappearing.At the meantime,the disorder problems of urban architectural scene which are in pursuit of“big,foreign and strange”have been revealed one after another.The paper takes Meizhou Hakka urban scene planning as an example,and summarizes advanced cases at home and abroad for reference.In view of the current dilemma of the lack of implementation of urban landscape planning,this paper explores and summarizes the solutions,so as to provide reference for solving the problem of the lack of urban features in China.
