为解决安置房建设项目三超问题,提高项目工程造价控制有效性,降低项目投资风险,对建德市梅城镇棚户区改造安置房项目造价控制实践进行分析。探讨设计阶段、实施阶段、结算阶段造价控制的措施与方法。
In order to solve the problems of"Three Excesses"in Housing Placement Project,improve the effectiveness of project cost control and reduce the project investment risk,this paper analyzes the practice of cost control in shantytown reconstruction of Meicheng town in Jiande City.This paper also discusses the measures and methods of cost control in design stage,implementation stage and settlement stage.
