摘要
本文介绍了目前国内外EPC项目建立项目成本管控体系遇到的问题和挑战,结合国内外EPC项目成本管控体系建立和实施特点,并以国内某石化工程公司为例,详细分析如何以成本控制为抓手,建立EPC单项目成本管控体系。为企业未来实现纵向分层级管控体系和横向企业级全成本全过程管控体系奠定基础。
This article introduces the current problems and challenges encountered in establishing project cost control systems for EPC projects at home and abroad,combining the characteristics of the establishment and implementation of EPC project cost control systems at home and abroad,and taking a domestic petrochemical engineering company as an example to analyze in detail how to use Cost control is the starting point to establish a cost control system for EPC single projects.Lay the foundation for the enterprise to realize the vertical hierarchical management and control system and the horizontal enterprise-level full-cost and full-process management and control system in the future.
