冲击波针灸联合臭氧膝关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎 被引量:3

Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by Shock Wave Acupuncture Combined with Ozone Intra-Articular Injection

摘要 目的:观察冲击波针灸联合臭氧膝关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法:收集2019年3月-2020年12月在笔者所在医院疼痛科、针灸科就诊的膝骨关节炎患者60例,按随机数字表分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,其中治疗组行冲击波针灸联合臭氧注射治疗、对照组行毫针针刺联合臭氧注射治疗,观察两组治疗后2、6周疗效。两组治疗前、治疗后2周、治疗后6周膝关节疼痛的VAS评分及膝关节功能的WOMAC评分。结果:治疗后2、6周治疗组总有效率分别为96.7%、93.3%,均优于对照组的80.0%、73.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后2、6周,两组VAS评分及WOMAC评分较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后2、6周两组间VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2、6周,治疗组WOMAC评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冲击波针灸联合臭氧膝关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎疗效良好,值得临床研究和推广。 Objective:To observe the effect of shock wave acupuncture combined with ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis March 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).The treatment group was treated with shock wave acupuncture combined with ozone injection,while the control group was treated with filiform acupuncture combined with ozone injection.The curative effects of the two groups were observed 2 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment,and the two groups were observed before treatment,2 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment knee joints of the VAS score of pain and WOMAC score of knee function.Result:Two weeks and 6 weeks after treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group were 96.7% and 93.3% respectively,which were better than 80.0% and 73.3% of the control group (P<0.05).The VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups were significantly improved after 2 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups at 2 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment (P>0.05).The WOMAC scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group at 2 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shock wave acupuncture combined with ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a good effect,which is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
