集束化护理策略在预防结直肠癌术后患者静脉留置针堵管中的应用

Application of Cluster Nursing Strategy in Prevention of Postoperative Venous Indwelling Needle Tube Blockage in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨集束化护理策略对结直肠癌术后患者静脉留置针堵管的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肿瘤外科综合病区收治的结直肠癌手术患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机硬币法将患者分为试验组52例和对照组48例,对照组常规给予静脉留置针,试验组给予集束化护理措施,比较两组患者留置针堵管发生率及平均留置时间。结果:试验组和对照组留置针堵管率分别为1.9%、12.5%,留置针留置时间分别为(70.62±10.83)、(55.01±8.28)h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理策略可以有效降低结直肠癌术后患者留置针堵管发生率,并延长留置针的使用时间,提升留置针的使用效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect on cluster nursing strategies of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer of intravenous indwelling needle tube blockage.Method:From December 2019 to December 2020,100 patients with colorectal cancer surgery ward in the Comprehensive Ward of Oncology Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were selected as the research object,the patients divided into experimental group of 52 cases and control group of 48 cases by random coin method,and the control group was given routine intravenous indwelling needle,the experimental group was given cluster nursing measures.The two groups of patients incidence of needle blocking pipe and average indwelling time were compared.Result:The tube blockage rate of indwelling needle in the experimental group and the control group was 1.9% and 12.5%,respectively,and the average indwelling time of indwelling needle were (70.62±10.83) h and (55.01±8.28) h,respectively,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster nursing strategy can effectively reduce the incidence of indwelling needle blockage in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery,prolong the use time of indwelling needle,improve the use efficiency of indwelling needle,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
