宣肺通络平喘汤联合特布他林治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction Combined with Terbutaline on the Treatment of Asthma in Children

目的:探讨宣肺通络平喘汤联合特布他林治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年9月笔者所在医院收治的小儿哮喘104例,随机分为对照组(n=52)和研究组(n=52),对照组在常规治疗的基础上联合特布他林治疗进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合宣肺通络平喘汤进行治疗,对两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状缓解及消失时间、呼吸功能、炎症因子水平及临床安全性进行比较。结果:研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿临床症状缓解及消失时间早于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿的呼吸功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿血清炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床安全性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:哮喘患儿在常规治疗的基础上采用宣肺通络平喘汤联合特布他林,可显著改善临床疗效,控制患儿体内炎症因子水平,同时改善呼吸功能,缩短患儿的临床症状消失时间,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction combined with Terbutaline on the treatment of infantile asthma.Method:A total of 104 cases of infantile asthma treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=52) and the study group (n=52).The control group was treated with Terbutaline on the basis of conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms remission and disappearance time,respiratory function,levels of inflammatory factors and clinical safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the remission and disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05);the respiratory function indexes of the study group were better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the serum inflammatory factor level of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the was no significant difference of clinical safety between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,Xuanfei Tongluo Pingchuan Decoction combined with Terbutaline can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,control the level of inflammatory factors in children,improve respiratory function,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in children with asthma,which is worthy of promotion and application.
