逍遥散加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗老年肝郁化火型脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Xiaoyao Powder Modified Combined with Escitalopram Oxalate in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Post-stroke Depression of Liver Depression Fire Type

目的:分析和探究逍遥散加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰用于老年肝郁化火型脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法:随机选取2020年4月-2021年4月100例神经内科老年患者,均确诊为肝郁化火型脑卒中后抑郁。抽签法分组:常规组50例,予以草酸艾司西酞普兰;联合组50例,予以逍遥散加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰,比较两组治疗情况。结果:两组HAMD评分均有下降,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组临床总有效率为92.00%,高于常规组的78.00%(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于常规组的16.00%(P<0.05);联合组总满意度为94.00%,高于常规组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:老年肝郁化火型脑卒中后抑郁患者通过逍遥散加减联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,其临床效果显著,抑郁症状改善良好,不良反应少,患者满意度高。

Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Powder modified combined with Escitalopram Oxalate in the treatment of elderly patients with post-stroke depression of liver stagnation and fire type.Method:A total of 100 cases of elderly patients in Neurology Department from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly selected,all of them were diagnosed as post-stroke depression of liver depression and fire type.The patients were grouped by drawing lots.The conventional group (50 cases) was given Escitalopram Oxalate;50 cases in the combined group were treated with Xiaoyao Powder modified combined with Escitalopram Oxalate,and the treatment effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Result:In terms of HAMD score,the scores of the two groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the conventional group (P<0.05).In terms of clinical total effective rate,the combined group (92.00%) was higher than 78.00% of the conventional group (P<0.05).In the adverse reaction rate,the combined group (2.00%) was lower than 16.00% of the conventional group (P<0.05).In terms of total satisfaction,the combined group (94.00%) was higher than 80.00% of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xiaoyao Powder modified combined with Escitalopram Oxalate in the treatment of elderly patients with post-stroke depression of liver stagnation and fire type is significant,with good improvement of depression symptoms,low complications and high patient satisfaction.
