扶正祛邪方治疗多重耐药菌肺部感染临床研究

Clinical Study of Fuzheng Quxie Decoction on Multidrug Resistant Organism Lung Infection

目的探讨扶正祛邪方对多重耐药菌(multidrug resistant organism,MDRO)肺部感染患者炎症因子、临床肺部感染评分(clinical pulmonary infection score,CPIS)及致病菌清除率的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月本院收治的113例MDRO肺部感染患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组56例予以常规西医治疗,观察组57例在对照组治疗基础上联合扶正祛邪方治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后血清炎症因子水平、CPIS及急性生理学和慢性健康状况评价Ⅱ(acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ,APACHEⅡ)评分以及致病菌清除率。结果治疗后,观察组患者白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C reactive protein,hs-CRP)及降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);CPIS及APACHEⅡ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);致病菌清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正祛邪方联合西药治疗可显著提高MDRO肺部感染患者致病菌清除率,降低炎症因子水平,改善患者病情。

Objective To investigate the effects of Fuzheng Quxie decoction on inflammatory factors,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)and clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in patients with multidrug resistant organism(MDRO)lung infection.Methods One hundred and thirteen patients with MDRO lung infection admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The 56 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the 57 cases in the observation group were treated with Fuzheng Quxie decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The serum levels of inflammatory factors,CPIS,acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)scores,and clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of white blood cell(WBC),hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of CPIS and APACHEⅡin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Quxie decoction combined with western medicine could significantly increase the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in patients with MDRO lung infection,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the patient's condition.
