武汉国家中心城市化会提升服务业发展吗

Will the National Central Urbanization of Wuhan Enhancethe Development of Wuhan's Service Industry

针对武汉国家中心城市化是否会提升服务业发展的问题,运用空间面板杜宾模型进行实证分析。结果发现:武汉各区的城市化并不能提升本区域内服务业发展,只能促进相邻区域服务业增长,且以本区域服务业增加值下降为代价。究其原因,市场规模促使武汉服务业整体上形成“中心高—外围低”的聚集格局后,不能通过局部的“高—低”或“低—高”集聚形式实现转化;而聚集格局不能转化的原因是武汉服务业技术进步效率与规模效率呈现波动特征,行业间技术效率与规模效率差异较大,技术效率与规模效率双具备的行业未形成聚集态势。

In order to answer whether the national central urbanization of Wuhan will enhance the development of the service industry,a spatial Dubin model was used to conduct empirical analysis.The results show that that increasing the level of urbanization in each district of Wuhan cannot improve the development of the service industry in its own region,but can only promote the growth of the service industry in neighboring regions,and at the cost of the decline in the added value of the service industry in its own region.Further analysis of the reason shows that from the perspective of spatial agglomeration,the reason for this phenomenon is that after the market scale has promoted Wuhan's service industry to form a"high center-low periphery"agglomeration pattern on the whole,which cannot be transformed through local"high-low"or"low-high"agglomeration;The reason why the aggregation pattern cannot be transformed is that the efficiency of technological progress and scale of the service industry in Wuhan shows fluctuation characteristics,and there are large differences in technological efficiency and scale efficiency between industries,and there is a lack of industries that have both technical efficiency and scale efficiency.
