木枕加固、修复与回收技术进展研究

摘要 在我国铁路线路中,服役木枕数量超过1170万根。每年木枕的更换会消耗大量优质木材,且废弃木枕含高浓度金属元素及危险致癌物质,如果处理不当,易造成环境污染,不利于我国铁路可持续发展。分别对国外木枕的加固、修复与回收技术进行梳理,总结木枕养护经验,为我国木枕铁路的可持续运维,以及再生塑料复合轨枕的研制与维修提供参考。 More than 11.7 million timber sleepers are in service for the railways in China.Each year,the replacement of timber sleepers leads to great consumption of high-quality wood.Abandoned corrosion-resistant timber sleepers contain a high concentration of metal and carcinogens,and If not being handled in a proper way,they will do harm to the environment,thus impeding the sustainable development of China’s railway.The reinforcement,repair,and recycling technologies of timber sleepers in other countries are collated and the experience in timber sleepers’maintenance is summarized,thus providing a reference for the sustainable utilization and maintenance of timber sleepers and the development and maintenance of recycled plastic composite sleepers in China.
