摘要
以合资铁路为研究对象,旨在优化铁路沿线货运站点布局,促进合资铁路公司改善经营。在既有研究基础上深入分析货运站点选址的各类影响因素,以定性条件的综合量化为决策切入点,形成候选点的排序评定方案。基于涉及的问题要素引入模糊VIKOR方法,将定性评估条件转变为定量优化过程。案例研究结果表明,相较于现有常用的层次分析法,基于模糊VIKOR方法的研究在因素指标的量化中更准确,获得的合资铁路货运站点选址方案更全面合理。
The joint venture railway is taken as the research object to optimize the layout of freight stations along the railway line and improve the performance of joint venture railway companies.On the basis of the existing research,various influencing factors of the site selection of freight stations are deeply analyzed,and the comprehensive quantification of qualitative conditions is taken as the decision point to form the sorting and evaluation scheme of candidate sites.The fuzzy VIKOR method is introduced based on the involved elements to transform the qualitative assessment conditions into a quantitative optimization process.The case study results show that the study based on the fuzzy VIKOR method is more accurate in the quantification of factor indicators than the existing commonly used analytic hierarchy process,and the obtained site selection scheme of the joint venture railway freight station is more comprehensive and reasonable.
