摘要
电场保鲜是近年来在冰箱中应用的一种新型保鲜技术。基于以往对工频电场的研究成果,本文采用静电场的理论,提出了在电场保鲜冰箱中通过在冰箱内胆四周缠绕金属线的方法来优化空间的电场分布的方案。经过理论分析及实际的测试证明,此种方案不仅可以提升冰箱中电场的最小值,还可以优化冰箱空间的电场分布。
Electric field preservation is a new preservation technology applied in refrigerators in recent years.Based on the previous research results of power frequency electric field and the theory of electrostatic field,this paper puts forward a scheme to optimize the electric field distribution in the refrigerator by winding metal wires around the inner container of the refrigerator.Through theoretical analysis and practical tests,it is proved that this scheme can not only improve the minimum electric field in the refrigerator,but also optimize the electric field distribution in the refrigerator space.
