家用燃气灶具旋钮温升影响因素的研究

Study on the Factors Influencing the Temperature Rise of the Knob of the Domestic Gas Stove

温升试验是家用燃气灶具常规检测项目,在温升试验中灶具的旋钮温升最容易超出限值而不符合标准要求,通过燃气灶具的长期实际检测工作总结和大量试验验证,本文发现燃气灶具结构(火焰挡板、旋钮离火焰的距离)、旋钮材质、旋钮颜色等都对旋钮温升有直接的影响,并对影响因素进行了分析和总结。

The temperature rise test is a routine test item for domestic gas cookers.In the temperature rise test,the knob temperature rise of gas cookers is most likely to exceed the limit value and not meet the standard requirements.Through the long-term practical test work summary and a large number of test verification of gas cookers,this paper found that the structure of gas cookers(flame baffle,the distance between knob and flame),knob material,the color of the knob has a direct influence on the temperature rise of the knob,and the influencing factors are analyzed and summarized.
