摘要
摆头角度是风扇的核心竞争点,摆头角度决定风扇的送风有效范围。一般左右摇头为电机运行控制,俯仰动作多为手动调节,但不同产品中俯仰定位结构的调节力度存在明显差别。俯仰结构中影响调节力度的主要零部件有限位套、弹簧、调节钢球及整机的机头大小。本文针对以上影响因素,通过理论分析以及试验验证,提出对俯仰调节力度不均匀及无法准确定档问题的控制解决方法。
Oscillating Angle is one of the core competitiveness of the fan,which determines the effective range of the fan air supply.Generally,the left and right head shaking is controlled by the motor operation,and the pitching movement is mostly manually adjusted.However,there are obvious differences in the adjusted strength of pitching positioning structure in different products.The main parts that affect the adjustment strength in the pitching positioning structure are finite sleeve,spring,adjusting steel ball and the head size of the whole machine.In view of the above influencing factors,through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,this paper proposes a control solution to the uneven pitch adjustment strength and the problem of uncertain pitch profile.
