摘要
电冰箱新版国家标准GB/T 8059-2016中的耗电量采用插值法的结果作为评价依据,本文通过对影响线性插值耗电量计算的各参数进行研究,分析并验证不同间室温度对插值耗电量的影响。结果表明:插值因数越接近最大值1,其耗电量越小;当冷藏和冷冻温度均超出特性温度0.5℃之外时,一般选择在耗电量中占据主导地位且距离特性温度较远的间室进行插值;当冷藏或冷冻温度处于特性温度0.5℃之内时,优先选择距离特性温度较远的间室进行插值。同时设计精确温控档位调节实现各间室温度趋近于特性温度,可以在测试周期减少50%的情况下实现耗电量测试结果的相对最优值。
The power consumption in the new national standard GB/T 8059-2016 of the refrigerator is based on the results of interpolation,in this paper,the parameters affecting the calculation of linear interpolation power consumption are studied,analyze and verify the effect of different chamber temperatures on interpolation power consumption.The results show that:the closer the interpolation number is to maximum 1,the less power it consumes.When both the refrigeration and freezing temperatures are outside the characteristic temperature of 0.5℃,it is generally chosen to interpole power consumption and are farther away from the characteristic temperature.When the refrigeration or freezing temperature is within 0.5℃ of the characteristic temperature,the interstring farther away from the characteristic temperature is preferred for interpolation.At the same time,the design of precise temperature control gear adjustment to achieve the room temperature close to the characteristic temperature,can reduce the test cycle by 50%to achieve optimal vale of power consumption test results.
