摘要
文章对安宁疗护及姑息护理教育的发展现状及研究进展进行回顾,从学院的护理教育和国家/学会认证的护理教育项目两个方面分析了全球安宁疗护及姑息护理教育的发展情况,从教育层次、教学内容、教学方式等方面分析了安宁疗护及姑息护理教育的研究现状。在此基础上,提出各个国家和地区要根据不同的教育层次设立培养的教学目标,确定教学内容,结合目前专科护理教育的各种教学方式培养相应人员,使其掌握必要的知识和技能。
The article reviewed the current development situation and research status of nursing education in Hospice and Palliative Care(HPC).It analyzed the global HPC education development from the scopes of both education in nursing schools and specialized education programs accredited by national authority or professional society,while analyzed the current research status from the aspects of educational levels,teaching contents and teaching methods.The authors held that countries and districts had to set teaching goals and ascertain teaching contents depending on their levels,and different teaching methods can be used to enhance necessary knowledge and skills as well.
