护士对预防老年患者医院感染知信行问卷的编制及评价

Development and evaluation of nurses'knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire for prevention of nosocomial infection in elderly patients

目的编制护士对预防老年患者医院感染知信行问卷并进行评价。方法编制护士对预防老年患者医院感染知信行初始问卷,通过两轮专家函询修订问卷,并选取某三级甲等医院340名护士进行调查,监测信效度。结果经过探索性因子分析,形成的问卷包括对老年患者医院感染的知识(基础知识、临床知识、感染预防、感染控制、依从性认知5个维度)、态度、行为(手卫生和标准预防2个维度)3个方面,共计38个条目。总问卷和各方面的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.852、0.801、0.886、0.774,构建出结构方程模型,验证性因子分析显示知识、态度、行为3方面卡方自由度比(χ^(2)/df)分别为3.986、2.262、3.322,拟合优度指数分别为0.911、0.969、0.918,近似误差均方根分别为0.061、0.043、0.059,比较拟合指数分别为0.901、0.958、0.902。结论护士对老年患者预防医院感染知信行问卷内容和结构较理想,具有一定的应用价值。

Objective To develop and test nurses'knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire for prevention of nosocomial infection in elderly patients.Methods An initial questionnaire of nurses'knowledge,attitude and behavior for prevention of nosocomial infections in elderly patients was developed,then the questionnaire was revised through two rounds of expert letter inquiries,and 340 nurses from a 3A-level hospital were selected for investigation to test its reliability and validity.Results After exploratory factor analysis,the questionnaire of nurses'knowledge,attitude and behavior was formed,which included knowledge(basic knowledge,clinical knowledge,infection prevention,infection control,and compliance awareness),attitude,behavior(hand hygiene and standard prevention)3 aspects,a total of 38 items.The Cronbach's alpha was 0.852 for the total questionnaire and 0.801,0.886,0.774 for each dimension.Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)confirmed each aspects were2/df=3.986,2.262,3.322,GFI=0.911,0.969,0.918,RMSEA=0.061,0.043,0.059,CFI=0.901,0.958,0.902.Conclusion The content and structure of the questionnaire about nurses'knowledge,practice and practice of preventing nosocomial infection for elderly patients are ideal and have certain application value.
