吉林省员工工作幸福感与敬业度关系的研究

A Study of the Relationship between Job Happiness and Dedication of Employees in Jilin Province

摘要 随着国内经济形势的不断向好,企业面临的市场竞争也日趋激烈,“以人为本”成为企业发展的重要管理理念,员工工作幸福感和敬业度也越来越受到学者们的重视与研究,因此,如何提高员工的工作幸福感,保持高度敬业状态,继而留住人才与创造效益对企业来说至关重要。本研究对吉林省企业员工进行问卷调查,结果表明:工作幸福感及其四个维度(情绪幸福感、认知幸福感、职业幸福感、社会幸福感)正向影响员工敬业度。 With the continuous improvement of domestic economy,enterprises are being confronted with increasingly fierce competition.As the people-oriented idea has been accepted by enterprises in management,employees'happiness and dedication at work has also become a hot phenomenon among scholars because of the importance of improving employees'happiness at work,keeping their dedication and creating more profits for enterprises.Through a questionnaire survey on employees of enterprises in Jilin Province,the study shows that job happiness and its four dimensions(emotional well-being,cognitive well-being,professional well-being,and social well-being)positively affect employee engagement.
