摘要
针对塑料模具钢P1.2738,利用环形刀在五轴数控加工中心上进行高速铣削正交试验,应用正交回归方法,建立表面粗糙度经验预测模型并通过显著性检验,研究表明回归方程可以对表面粗糙度进行预测,该模型为铣削参数的合理选择提供依据。
A high-speed milling orthogonal test was carried out on plastic mold steel P1.2738 on a five-axis CNC machining center with a ring cutter.The orthogonal regression method was used to establish an empirical prediction model of surface roughness and pass the significance test.It shows that regression equation can predict the surface roughness,and the model provides a basis for the reasonable selection of milling parameters.
